A passionate team of educators, facilitators, outdoor experts and leadership coaches committed to creating transformational experiences.

Founder & Director

Arjun Mehra

Arjun founded Arrowhead with a conviction that classrooms alone cannot forge leaders. A NOLS-trained mountaineer and educator with two decades in outdoor learning, he has led expeditions across the Himalayas and built frameworks adopted by leading institutions across India.

Program Director

Priya Nair

Priya designs the curricula that turn adventure into measurable behaviour change. With a master’s in experiential education and ten years coaching MBA cohorts, she translates leadership science into challenges that participants actually remember — and apply.

Operations Head

Vikram Singh

Vikram runs the logistics, safety protocols and field teams behind every program. A certified wilderness first responder and former Army officer, he ensures that ambition in the mountains is always matched by uncompromising preparation on the ground.
